All applications for service must be mailed to the library. Please print a copy of the application accessible through the Library Service Application link. The library cannot accept electronic applications at this time. Applications received without certification will not be processed.
Once your application is received, the library will send you the equipment requested along with the latest catalogs for ordering books. Subscriptions for magazines and "Talking Book Topics" or "Braille Book Review" will be processed. These subscriptions will be mailed directly to you.

The Talking Book Center is open 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and closed all State and Federal holidays. After hours, patrons can leave a voice mail message for the staff. Visitors are welcome at the Library.
